His 18 years of experience in the financial services industry include five years at Citigroup managing a $1 billion fixed-income portfolio as trader and portfolio manager. He also co-founded an $80 million fixed-income hedge fund in 2008.
Nirav’s experience with entrepreneurial and social media companies includes positions as Vice President of Interactive Marketing and Social Media Specialist for NutshellMail, acquired in 2010 by Constant Contact. He is currently also the CEO of Owl Technologies, a technology service provider for advisors that provides clients with a better and more efficient financial advisory experience.

Mark Schmulen joined Forum Financial Management, LP in 2017 as Director of Private Wealth Management. Mark also runs Jelly Capital, a private investment firm providing direct investments in real estate assets and operating companies at various stages of development. Previously, Mark was co-founder and CEO of NutshellMail, a venture-backed SaaS company that was acquired by Constant Contact. At Constant Contact, Mark served as General Manager of the company’s social media business unit, where he was responsible for guiding Constant Contact’s social media product and go-to-market strategies for over 650,000 small business customers. Mark began his career as an investment banking analyst at J.P.Morgan in New York City.

Faye Hizon Nybo joined Forum Financial Management, LP in 2018. As Chief Legal Counsel, Faye handles legal and regulatory matters and assists with compliance issues. Before joining Forum, she served as an attorney at Faermark & Williams, LLC where she focused her legal practice on business and corporate law, estate planning and residential and commercial real estate.
Faye began her legal career as an enforcement attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), investigating and prosecuting financial fraud cases involving insider trading, Ponzi schemes, market manipulation and accounting fraud. She also spent several years with the accounting and consulting firm of Grant Thornton LLP as a senior in-house counsel where she managed class action and professional liability litigation and worked on SEC/public company accounting oversight board compliance and investigations.

Before transitioning to finance, Shannon was a legal secretary for Vedder Price.
With 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, Shannon is skilled in managing and processing account opening, servicing, billing and client reporting. In addition, she has experience in trading and portfolio rebalancing.
Shannon studied finance at Roosevelt University in Schaumburg, Illinois. She holds a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional Certification from the College for Financial Planning.
Shannon lives in Arlington Heights, Illinois with her husband and two daughters and enjoys spending time watching them play softball and basketball.

Marilyn Morrison joined Forum Financial Management, LP in 2014. With more than 20 years in the financial services industry, she currently serves as a Client Service Associate for Bill Morrison and Ryan Zink. Marilyn enjoys meeting and greeting clients as well as carrying out reporting and operational processes. In this role, she processes reports and paperwork for client meetings, drafts correspondence and monitors client accounts.

Racquel Rizzo joined Forum Financial Management, LP in 2016. She currently serves as an Office Administrator in the Lombard office. Racquel is also a Teaching Artist with Dream Big Performing Arts where she teaches theater to young children in after-school drama programs in Chicago Public Schools. She volunteers weekly with the Adoption Center of Illinois.
Racquel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Theater Studies and a Minor Certificate in Public Relations from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Logan Sanders joined Forum Financial Management, LP in 2019. Prior to joining Forum, Logan was an Associate for Lamia Financial Group, Inc. He enjoys financial planning and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Logan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks. He is working on a Master’s degree in Financial Planning, and he is pursuing a CFP® certification.
Logan was a starting defensive back for the Cal Lutheran Kingsmen football team and a member of Delta Sigma Pi. He is originally from Northern California.
Elisa Schvaneveldt, CPA joined Forum Financial Management, LP in 2021 in the Salt Lake City office. Prior to joining Forum, Elisa worked for Ernst & Young in the audit group and corporate tax and private client services. She also served as the controller for Brighton Recovery, an addiction recovery and mental health company.
She is a Certified Public Accountant. Elisa earned a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
Elisa is an avid hiker. She enjoys spending her free time exploring the mountains adjacent to the Salt Lake Valley. Her love of hiking has also inspired her to travel to Spain and Norway.

Brooks White joined Forum Financial Management, LP in 2019. Prior to joining Forum, Brooks was an Associate for Lamia Financial Group, Inc.
Brooks became involved with California Lutheran University’s Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, and served as Chancellor of the Upsilon Chi chapter. Through this organization, he was fortunate enough to contribute to a variety of charitable organizations, including the 1736 Family Crisis Center, Habitat for Humanity and the American Cancer Society.
Brooks is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California.
In his free time, Brooks enjoys lifting weights, playing basketball and following his favorite NBA team, the Los Angeles Lakers.
