We are pleased to introduce Forum’s service pup, Oscar.
This Tails for Life service dog is co-sponsored by Forum associates as a result of Forum’s successful “Sponsor a Pup” campaign. The 2017 fundraiser received full partner support and successfully reached the goal to co-sponsor service dog training for a Tails for Life pup with contributions from more than 50 associates from Forum offices across the country.
We look forward to bringing you Oscar’s story as we follow his journey from pup to service dog.

About Tails for Life
Forum is proud to support Tails for Life, a charitable organization which trains service dogs to assist people with disabilities. Tails for Life has close ties to Forum through Forum Partner Mary Anne Ehlert. Mary Anne serves on the organization’s advisory board and is personally training two pups.
At the Tails for Life training facility in Wisconsin, Jake Guell, CPDT and his team train pups to become service dogs, therapy dogs and comfort dogs.
We are thrilled to be part of the Tails for Life community.
